Weekly, Bi-Weekly & Monthly Maintenance in Salem, Keizer & Turner
Most yards in the Mid-Willamette Valley need different things in different months. Grass grows fast from April to June, slows in the dry summer, then the leaves and moss arrive in fall. A maintenance plan lets us adjust what we do on each visit instead of you calling for each job.
We start with a walkthrough of your property, agree on what's included, and set a visit frequency that fits the yard and your budget. Weekly suits lawns that need to look sharp all season. Bi-weekly works for most homes. Monthly visits are a good fit for low-maintenance landscapes, rentals between tenants, and commercial frontage.
Every visit is scheduled and tracked in our client hub, so you can see upcoming visits, approve quotes and pay invoices online.
What's included

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between weekly and bi-weekly service?
Weekly visits keep a lawn at an even height through the spring growth surge and suit homes where curb appeal matters most. Bi-weekly is the most popular choice and works for most lawns once growth slows in summer. We can also run weekly in spring and switch to bi-weekly later.
Can I add services like aeration or bark to my plan?
Yes. Aeration, overseeding, moss treatment, bark, gutter clearing and pressure washing can all be added to a plan and scheduled for the right time of year.
